CHARTERED FIANCIAL ANALYST (CFA®)

Alice Pidgeon has earned the CHARTERED FIANCIAL ANALYST (or CFA®) professional certification.

A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) charter is a designation given to those who have completed the CFA® Program and completed acceptable work experience requirements.

The CFA charter is one of the most respected designations in finance and is widely considered to be the gold standard in the field of investment analysis. To become a charter holder, the CFA Program includes a three-part exam (that tests the fundamentals of investment tools, valuing assets, portfolio management, and wealth planning), minimum of at least four years of relevant professional experience and professional reference letters. Passing the CFA Program exams requires strong discipline and over 900 hours of self-studying.

The CFA Program is typically completed by those with backgrounds in finance, accounting, economics, or business. CFA charter holders earn the right to use the CFA designation after program completion, application, and acceptance by CFA Institute. CFA charter holders are qualified to work in senior and executive positions in investment management, risk management, asset management, and more.

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNNER™ (CFP®)

Robert Hamill and Tony Rivera have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP® professional certification. To earn their CFP® credential, Rob and Tony have completed hundreds of hours of rigorous courses and examinations offered by various colleges and universities across the country. These courses are then followed by a 10-hour comprehensive examination administered according to the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. The qualification process is comprehensive array of advice and skill-based approach that distinguishes CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) practitioners from other professional advisors, who typically focus on only one area of a client's financial life.

CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™ are certification marks owned by the CFP® Board. These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP® Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
